Syndrome Store Review: Love Live Cyber Cosplay

Hi

One of my most popular cosplays is my Love Live Cyber Nozomi. It was also my first Love Live cosplay. So today I'll be reviewing it for y'all~!

If you didn't know, on my Youtube channel, I did already make a review. If you haven't seen it, please go check it out and subscribe~

However since then I've received a lot of questions on it and I thought I would answer them over here as well as add some little things I forgot to include in my review.

Q: Is it comfortable?
A: Initially no, it feels really weird and the petticoat is kind of itchy. But over time I found it more comfortable.

Q: What is it made of?
A: Vinyl. There is also a satin version, but I prefer the vinyl.

Q: How did you know what size to get? It's only sold in S and L.
A: I got an L because it's easier to take something in rather than add to it. Also the corset in the back makes it so it fits your body.

Q: Is it difficult to get on?
A: Getting it on is fine as long as you unlace the corset and unzip it first. However lacing it up on your own is basically impossible. I always get someone else to lace it up for me.

Q: I'm ______ height, will it fit me?
A: From what I know from my friends and I, who all are different heights, the cosplay tends to sit short on people. So No matter what I'd wear safety shorts or tights under it because the skirt is very short. I'm really small and it was short on me, and my tall friends had the same problem too. It's just how the dress is constructed.

Okay I think that's about it. If you have any other questions I didn't answer here or in my video, please leave a comment here or on my video and I will answer them. Thanks y'all for reading and I'll see you at my next post.

Welcome + 2016 Cosplay Season Review

Hi.
I'm Gabby and I am a cosplayer.
I thought I'd make this cause I used to do a lot of blogging,
I did lose interest in it, but I want to get back into it.

I thought I'd start here with my review of the 2016 Convention Season~! I'll be reviewing the cons I went to, sharing vlogs, and what cosplays I did.

ConnectiCon'16

Vlogs

Cosplays:
Friday: Nozomi Tojo: School Uniform (Love Live!)

Saturday: Nozomi Tojo: Cyber (Love Live!)

   Sunday: Touko Fukawa (Danganronpa)

This was my first ConnectiCon and I thought it was okay. It was kind of pricey, and I didn't really like the events they had, but I had a fun time with my friends so it was worth it.

PopcultCon '16

Vlog

Cosplays:
Saturday: Nozomi Tojo: Paradise Live (Love Live!)

Popcult is a really small con, and it was it's first year, so I don't want to be harsh. It was close to me, so I didn't mind going, but I wouldn't travel far for it. But I got to see my friends so it was worth it.

Another Anime Convention

Vlog

Cosplays:
Friday: Nozomi Tojo: Cyber (Love Live!)
Taken by DJ Cosplay Photography

Saturday: Shinoa Hiragi (Owari no Seraph/Seraph of the End)

This was my first AAC and I had a really fun time. I made a ton of new friends and they made the con amazing. I had a hard time traveling to and from the con, but that will be fixed for next year.

Dangan Ronpa Shoot

Vlog

Cosplays:
Tsumiki Mikan (Despair)

Touko Fukawa (Ultra Despair Girls)

My friends and I organized a weekend to do a Danganronpa shoot. It was so much fun getting to see everyone. I love cosplaying Danganronpa and it was my first time doing a group (even though there were only a few of us)

------------------------------------

So I'd say 2016 was an okay year for cosplay. The cons weren't all amazing, but I loved all the cosplays I did. I can't wait for the 2017 con season to start because I have so much fun stuff planned that I can't wait to share with all of you.
